That was a so interesting challenge to create the family house on that rocky surface. The complex configuration of the plan is a display of the outlines of the site – elongated and narrow, with almost no straight lines. The site itself is located on a small hill in a quiet area. On the one hand, an active relief approaches it, on the other hand, it is surrounded by views of the entire valley and mountains.
In order to minimize construction costs and not harm the natural context, the volume of the house is raised one level, which is set by a platform of concrete beams. Under it is the entrance group to the house and parking.
All living quarters are located above the platform in brick volumes.
