Architect
Job requirements:
AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
High school degree
2 years of work experience+
Areas of responsibility:
Architectural design
Architectural space planning
Planning decisions
Preparation of design documents
Project administration during the design phase
Able to create one-off concepts
Designer
Job requirements:
3Ds Max
2 years of experience+
Areas of responsibility:
Development of the conceptual solution of the design project
Photorealistic visualization of the design solution using 3Ds Max
Emphasis on exclusivity and artistic individuality
Project Manager
Job Requirements:
Higher education + minimum 5 years of practical experience (leading more than 5 projects at the same time)
CAD, SketchUp
Areas of responsibility:
Control the timing and quality of work according to the approved plan
Communication with contractors, subcontractors, construction teams, customers, and project managers
Testing and measuring
Communication with construction workers.
