The concrete cladding on the ground floor creates a sense of strength and solidity for this house. The terraces are also made of concrete: this gives the overall composition coherence. The facade of the first floor is lighter due to the wooden battens and the standing seam roof. In the main rooms, such as the living room, dining room and kitchen, we use large areas of glazing.
