Hotel with the restaurant by the river

The hotel complex is situated by the river and is built in two lines. On the first line, there are villas and a restaurant, on the second line there is a hotel block with twelve rooms. There is also a spa area, parking, a staff house and a marina in this area. Flooding is possible in this area, so all buildings are located at sea level. For this, we have designed a strong masonry pier. The buildings are built of glued laminated timber. The roofs and external walls are covered with wooden tiles. The architecture of the restaurant accentuates the beauty of the structural frame, which is deliberately left visible.
