The main part of this concise, modern apartment building is located in two monolithic two-storey blocks. The double-height space connects to the living room, dining room and terrace, which features a lounge area and swimming pool. Adjacent to the main volume is the spa block. The facade, clad in travertine, is enhanced by a wooden inset framing the windows. A stone staircase with fine brass railings leads up to the main entrance. These railings serve as a bright accent and soften the monolithic image of the building. Indoors, we used the same materials as in the exterior. These details, as well as the panoramic glazing and the combined concrete beam between the rooms and the terrace, meet one of the main goals: a seamless transition from the interior to the exterior.
