Privacy
This page explains how A2 SwissCheck 360 handles data for the free scan, paid audit workflow, checkout, reporting and future measurement tools.
Controller
The service is operated by A2Arch Sàrl, CHE-458.958.276, Rue Neuve 14, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland.
What we collect
We may store the company domain, company name, business email, scan result, audit brief, selected package, checkout event references, delivery status, report files and support messages. If optional cookies are accepted, we may also store campaign attribution such as UTM parameters, click IDs and referring page.
Why we use it
Data is used to run the scan, save the result, prepare paid reports, manage payment, request read-only evidence, deliver the audit and improve the product. We do not sell scan data.
Read-only access
Deeper audits may ask for Google, analytics, ads, local profile or similar evidence. The requested method is read-only where possible: OAuth, viewer roles, partner access or client exports. Passwords and recovery codes should not be sent.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage keeps scan flow, saved scan links, checkout state and cookie choices working. Optional analytics or marketing storage is used only after consent. Consent can be changed later by clearing the browser storage for this site.
Processors
The product may use hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics and reporting providers. Stripe Checkout is used for online payment. Future Google or Meta integrations will run only after explicit authorization or consent where required.
Retention
Scan and audit records are kept as long as needed for delivery, accounting, product quality and legitimate business administration. Deletion can be requested unless retention is required for legal, accounting or dispute reasons.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing. You can contact us through the business email used in the audit workflow. Business records needed for payment, accounting or legal claims may need to be retained.
Legal note
This service is operated from Switzerland and is designed with Swiss FADP and GDPR-aware practices in mind. This page is product information, not legal advice.
